We will attempt to despatch all on-line orders within 3 working days subject to stock availability.
All orders will be sent via regular first class post unless otherwise specified. If you wish to check your order status, please email with ‘order status’ in the subject line.

We want you to feel confident about shopping with If you have a problem, or are unhappy with your purchase, then we will put the matter right. You should return faulty goods within 7 days and we will gladly replace the item or offer a full refund for goods you are unhappy with. In some cases, we'll also refund the delivery charges. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We will process your return as soon as possible. This is usually within 3 working days. We will process any refund immediately although there may be a small delay while your bank credits your account.
What do I do if I want to return items?
When returning faulty goods, please remember to give the reason for return and your new requirements.
Can I have a replacement?
If you would like to receive an identical replacement, for something that arrives damaged, we will dispatch the replacement on receipt of the original. If this product happens to be out of stock at this time then we will process an immediate refund to avoid any inconvenience for you.
